- Build up and maintain the agent network in Latin America
- Responsible for the daily contact with the agents.
- Define strategies in corporation with Mother Company
- Prepare and present yearly business plan for Latin America
- Agree budgets with each agent for all industries
- Participating in final negotiations in key projects
- Support agents in improving sales figures
- Yearly training of agents sales teams
- Developing markets in agreement with agents.
- Visiting local Exhibitions.
- Support on service issue
- Support on financial issue like account receivables and customer situation
